Offers and new launches. If you tick the opt-in box when signing up, or opt in later, we may send you offers, new launches, product updates, and reminders about Sigma Guys products by WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS. This is optional. You do not need to opt in to create an account or buy from us.

WhatsApp and RCS. WhatsApp messages are sent from Sigma Guys' official WhatsApp Business account(s). RCS messages are delivered through your mobile network operator and the messaging app on your device. If RCS is not supported, the message may be sent by SMS instead. Your use of these services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of their providers.

Regulatory compliance. We send SMS and voice communications in line with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 and related directions of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. If your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (DND), we will send you promotional messages only where your consent has been recorded in the manner those regulations require.

Opting out. You can stop promotional messages at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp. We will act on your request within 7 working days. Opting out does not stop messages about orders or consultations you have already requested.
